One of the greatest things about BOSS NOSS is the simplicity of the installation and setup.  BOSS NOSS developers have made it so any rider, recreational or competitive, can have the extra power, fun and excitement of a Nitrous Oxide kit.  Installation normally takes around an hour, depending on the snowmobile.  You can either do the installation yourself, or have one of our qualified authorized dealers do it for you.

BOSS NOSS INSTALLATION BASICS:

Tools You Will Need:  Drill, Screwdriver, Wrench, Scissors or Wire Cutters, Pliers

The Process:  Here is a basic list of the simple procedures involved with installing BOSS NOSS

1. Mount Smart Box to a flat surface using the included Velcro.  This is the main hub where all the fuel and nitrous lines run.
2. Mount Nitrous Bottle.  Kit will work best if bottle has a downward angle and the valve faces the rear of the sled.  BOSS can usually tell you the best place to mount your bottle.
3. Tap BOSS Fuel Line into your Sled's Main Fuel Line.  This is done using a simple T-Connector
4. Install BOSS NOSS Fuel Delivery System by inserting 2 fuel dumps into Carburetor Boots.  The fuel dumps are connected to one Micro Fuel Manager that you will mount in an easily accessible area.
5. Mount 2 Horsepower Boost Nozzles inside Air Box using included bracketing.  The Nozzles & Brackets will mount right in front of your Carburetors.  Once nozzles are mounted, attach them to Nitrous Line (coming from the Smart Box)
6. Mount On-Demand switch to desired location on handlebars.
