By selecting the "I Agree" box the Buyer states that they understand that the seat being produced by BOSS Industries™ is a completely custom seat and that all sales are final, unless the seat is made different from the specifications outlined on this order form.  No monetary refunds will be awarded if the seat is manufactured incorrectly.  Instead, BOSS Industries™ will fully warranty the seat and will remake the seat according to the Buyer's specifications.  Although BOSS Industries™ will accept responsibility for shipping charges on warranty seats, they cannot return money for the original purchase price.  Please review the order details carefully to ensure that all details are correct.

The Buyer also states that they understand that production is limited at BOSS Industries™, especially during the winter season, and that it can take several weeks to get their products.  Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they enter production solely based on the fact that production has taken too long.  Please be advised that during the winter season, delivery can take upwards of 6-8 weeks or more.  In addition, BOSS Industries™ representatives will try their hardest to give the Buyer an accurate date of production, however, due to unforeseeable circumstances, production could take longer.  You can call BOSS Industries™ or look on our webpage for an estimated date of production.
